CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read in full. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be subject to a 50% missed-appointment fee. In the case of a no call/no show you will be charged 100% of your booked service fee. If you are running more then 15 minutes late I will try my hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 15 minutes your appointment is subject to change. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the appointments within the day. Please leave enough time for parking ! I understand life happens so please reach out ASAP.
